Formal process and verified requests
Requests for personal records require review by authorized compliance staff. Identify your agency, official contact details, the legal authority for the request, the records sought, and the relevant dates. Do not submit secret or sensitive case material in a public form.
Preservation and legal holds
Authorized administrators may apply a legal hold to suspend eligible account deletion. Evidence already stored under a locked retention policy cannot be deleted early through the application.
Emergency requests
Identify any imminent threat to life or serious physical safety and the basis for an emergency request. Disclosure decisions are made by authorized personnel under applicable law; the app does not automatically release personal records.
